*First running WOD in awhile and it hurt.

*notes – first wod in two weeks due to wedding/honeymoon.  Back did not feel great during the squats and legs are absolutely destroyed from doing 100 of them.  Increasing my fish oil and icing the back.

time – 7:30 I think.

*notes – pretty happy about the high bar back squat PR, metcon was pretty hard, tried to stick with butterfly pullups for as long as I could, I think about 30 out of the 45 total were butterly.  Swings were unbroken.
